RAA Foundation invites you on a soulful 21-day journey of inner alignment, self-awareness, and mindful living. Starting from 17th March, this immersive workshop, offered in both online and select offline formats, blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern lifestyle practices to help you reconnect with your true self.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this experience will gently guide you through the foundational aspects of yoga philosophy, physical movement, and meditative awareness. You'll develop clarity, emotional resilience, and inner stability as you discover how simple, consistent practices can support a more conscious and joyful life.
The Line Art of Yoga workshop introduces the timeless teachings of Patanjali in a relatable way, paired with guided asana sessions designed for all levels. Each day includes mindful breathwork and meditations to help calm the mind, along with journaling prompts that encourage personal reflection and self-inquiry. The focus is on simplicity, presence, and intentional practice.
Inspired by the minimal elegance of line art, this workshop emphasizes how even the most subtle actions can carry deep meaning. Just as a single line can express movement and emotion, small daily choices and mindful habits can lead to lasting transformation and well-being.

The workshop runs from 17th March to 6th April for a total of 21 days. Sessions are held daily, and timings will be shared upon registration. A blend of online and occasional offline sessions ensures accessibility and flexibility for all participants.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion from RAA Foundation, along with access to recorded sessions for a limited time. The program also includes weekend guest sessions with experienced teachers, personal guidance, and gentle support throughout the journey.
